Our customs clearance service begins with a review of your shipping documents and commodity description to determine the correct HS tariff code, applicable duty rate, and any non-tariff requirements (licences, permits, or inspections). We submit the entry declaration electronically through the e-Customs system, coordinate payment of duties and VAT, and liaise directly with Customs officers for any queries, inspections, or controlled delivery requirements. We are authorised to handle both Green Channel (low-risk, fast release) and Red Channel (inspection required) clearances.

We provide customs brokerage as a standalone service for companies or individuals who have their own freight forwarder but need a licensed broker at the Thai end. This is particularly common for businesses with regular import shipments who want consistent clearance handling without committing to a full logistics contract.
